1. Develop and deliver engaging English-speaking training sessions for students.
2. Design and implement lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of learners.
3. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Collaborate with other team members to develop new learning resources.

Requirements:

1. Fluent English speaking skills.
2. Proven experience in teaching or tutoring English.
3. Minimum Bachelor's degree; however, exceptional candidates with relevant experience may be considered regardless of educational background.
4. IELTS score of 6.5 or above is preferred.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
